Requirements (Important)

  • Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
  • Administrator access
  • Stable internet connection
  • All antivirus and malware protection disabled (use support tool)
  • Ensure no third-party security or anti-cheat software is installed
  • Required runtime:
    • Visual C++ Runtime (vc_redist.x64.exe) — Download

Setup Steps

  1. Download and run the support tool.
  2. Make sure everything in the support tool is green before continuing.
  3. Disable or uninstall all antivirus, malware protection, and overlays.
  4. Download and run the loader.
  5. Create an account or log into your existing account.
  6. Enter your key, then go to the Cheats tab.
  7. Select your product and click Load.
  8. When prompted, launch Ark.
  9. Set the game to Borderless Windowed mode.
  10. Press F5 when instructed.
  11. Menu toggle key: INSERT.

Troubleshooting

  • VGC.SYS — Uninstall Riot Vanguard or stop it via CMD (Admin): sc stop vgk.
  • BEDAISY.SYS — Loader must be started before launching the game.
  • BHDRVS.SYS — Uninstall Norton Antivirus.
  • bhdrvx64.sys — Run CMD as Admin and execute: sc config bhdrvx64 start= disabled, then restart.
  • l2 / l2 (1073741637) — Disable Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) and restart.
  • l2 (1073741670) — FACEIT Anti-Cheat detected, uninstall it.
  • VCRUNTIME / MSVCP140.DLL — Install VC++ Runtime from the link above.
  • M1 | DEBUG ERROR 2 — Common on Windows Home. Restart PC before each injection or reinstall Windows Pro.
  • Loader closes at 100% — Sync system time (Windows Settings → Date & Time → Sync Now).
  • Loader shows banned — Restart PC and log in again.
  • Couldn't find a key — Ensure key is valid, remove spaces, and leave referral field empty.
  • Infinite requesting updates — Enable IPv6, redownload loader, or use VPN near Germany.
  • Target didn't respond for 10 seconds — Product not updated or unsupported game mode.
  • Blue Screen of Death — Run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, then restart.
