Join Discord Support Troubleshooting Requirements (Important) Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) Administrator access Stable internet connection Secure Boot disabled Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) disabled Conflicting anti-cheats disabled (FACEIT / Vanguard) Required runtimes installed: DirectX Runtime — Download Visual C++ Runtimes (All-in-One) — Download Required Downloads Loader Download: https://loadergen.com/download Defender Control Tool: https://www.sordum.org (Password if prompted: sordum) Crash Upload Services: https://mega.nz https://wetransfer.com https://workupload.com Setup Steps Retrieve your EFT Full & Lite product key after purchase and keep it accessible. Download the loader from loadergen.com/download. Right-click the downloaded loader and select Run as Administrator. Open the loader, click Sign Up, and register using your username, email, password, and product key. Log in and navigate through the loader: Products Tab: View your EFT Full & Lite subscription. Redeem License Key: Add new keys when resubscribing. Risk Status: Check current game risk level. Change Log: View recent updates. Injection Tab: Press Load before launching the game. Settings: Install the spoofer (game launcher must be offline). Troubleshooting Disable Windows Defender manually or using DefenderControl. Disable Secure Boot from BIOS/UEFI (F2, F10, DEL, or ESC on startup). Disable Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) and restart. Disable FACEIT Anti-Cheat and Vanguard services, then restart. Force stop drivers via Command Prompt: sc stop FACEIT / sc stop vgk If the menu loads incompletely, press NUMPAD 3 in the main menu. For BSODs, enable Kernel Memory Dump and upload MEMORY.DMP via Mega or WeTransfer. For game crashes, enable Crash Dump Mode in the loader only if instructed by staff and upload BsgCrashDump.dmp via Mega or WorkUpload. Still need help?
