Requirements (Important)

• Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
• Administrator access on the PC
• USB flash drive (any size)
• Stable internet connection
• Required runtimes installed:

CRITICAL: Run the support tool first. Everything must be GREEN before continuing.

Setup Steps

1. Install Microsoft Visual C++ from the link above.
2. Fully uninstall any antivirus (including Windows Defender).
3. Disable Real-Time Protection using Defender Control.
4. Close all overlays and background apps (Steam, Discord, GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner, OBS, Medal).
5. Turn off Game Mode and Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
6. Disable Secure Boot and Memory Integrity (Core Isolation).
7. Plug in a USB flash drive and copy the loader onto it.
8. Run the loader as Administrator and enter your license key.
9. Click Start and wait for the success message.
10. Close the loader, safely eject the USB, then launch Steam and start Arc Raiders.
11. Set the game to Borderless Windowed or Windowed mode.
12. Press INSERT in-game to open the menu.

Troubleshooting

• Restart your PC and try again.
• Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ from the link above.
• Re-run Defender Control and ensure Defender is fully disabled.
• Uninstall Faceit, Vanguard, ESEA, or any other anti-cheat software.
• Remove MSI Afterburner, RTSS, or overclocking tools.
• Reset BIOS to default settings (Secure Boot off).
• Turn off Memory Integrity in Windows Security.
• Update to the latest Windows 11 version.
